Public Information Bulletin


In 2001 - under article 61 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland - Law on access to public information was published specifying the scope and personal access to information. The Tribunal has also indicated three modes of access to such information. Firstly, by issuing the information, including official documents, in Public Information Bulletin (BIP).

BIP is an organized and connected web pages system for general access to publicly available documents and information.

Our offer regarding BIP system includes:

  • safe, logged and allowing the identification of access to administrative module for designated employees,
  • safe, logged access to public information contained in the BIP system entities for individuals who use service resources,
  • statement that we have the experience and the technical measures necessary to ensure our customers have access to the information in the manner set out above at the level specified in the laws and regulations in force in this regard,
  • the implementation of BIP system site maintenance while safety procedures in accordance with the Act on protection of personal data and the protection of classified information, together with regulations,
  • conducting training administrative module support,
  • meeting the requirements of MSWiA regulation of 17 May 2002 on public information Bulletin (Dz. U. 2002 No 67 pos. 619)
  • meeting the requirements of regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11 October 2005 on minimum requirements for communication systems (Dz. U. 2005 No. 212 pos. 1766)
  • meeting the requirements of WCAG 1.0 guidelines at least at level A
