C-STATE Polska’s primary activity is the development of outsourced customer specific software. We hire the best software engineers specializing in a broad range of fields and technologies. This enables us to satisfy the requirement of delivering high quality software for demanding clients around the globe. Our projects are typically based on Microsoft technologies for web based, desktop, and mobile applications. However, we also deploy J2EE projects, and those using the PHP, Perl, and Ruby scripting languages as appropriate or requested by our customers.

On February 15th, 2010 C-STATE Polska achieved a Microsoft Certified Partner status. Certified Partners possess a high degree of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies, and may demonstrate their proficiencies in one or more Microsoft Competencies.

C-STATE Polska attaches a significant value to the further development of the people that make up its diverse team of experts. This includes sending people around the world to participate in, and present at, leading technical conferences. Some of staff are pursuing doctoral degrees in particularly in the management sciences and nearly all staff have Masters degrees or are presently Masters candidates. Although C-STATE Polska believes strongly in academic pursuits it also understands there is no substitute for experience. Staff typically have three to five years of direct work experience and everyone on the management team has at least ten years of experience in IT projects in multiple countries and industries.
